Before You Submit

Submission Guidelines

Please review the following requirements before submitting your poster to ensure eligibility and a smooth review process.

  • Original, unpublished research not under review elsewhere
  • Poster title must be descriptive — 10 to 20 words recommended
  • Co-authors (up to 4) must be listed at submission stage
  • Posters must align with one of the listed conference topics
  • Selected submissions will get an opportunity to present at the conference.
  • Screened by a 12-member distinguished technical committee comprising faculty from 10 IITs, IISc, and BITS Pilani, chaired by Dr. Ravi Mahajan, Intel Fellow.
  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
